If there is a charge on your card it probably means you will get your license shortly. Mine only took 4 weeks and had some correspondence by mail also. Rad

The charge to your card just means the payment has been accepted. That dept. and the licensing dept. are different offices and often in different states. As for your position we use "collector"....
